Set my alarm to get up at 7, but it ended up being 9, better than 2 tho! Its HOT, all the rains gone and its HOT.
Got the bus, we got it straight away this time ha, in to Krabi Town, weve just booked with a rather chirpy chap called chaiy at the T&T a boat trip to see Phi Phi Islands tommorow and Kayaking for monday! gona get to go snorkeling and see caves n stuff!!
Anyway hopefully now gona go wander down to Thropa?! national park at teh entrance of the river/bottom of town and do whatever else... oh and find somehwere to sleep in the town for sun and mon nights...
Its not a national park, or if it was we didnt find it?! Its a recreational park by the river, nice enough tho. Interesting to see the Thais in their own time, so much you see is them in work majority of which is tourist related and it all seems a little surreal in a sense that you see very little sign of what came before the tourism, or maybe we just havent seen it yet, dunno.
Came across what we think was the night market as, this too was a locals market rather than tourist junk, it was every day junk ha. they did however have a wide variety of bbq bugs to eat! no i didnt!
